Longman Law, PC (“Longman”) is presently investigating claims that the travel website HotelPlanner.com has been scamming customers with excessive, nonrefundable "taxes and fees," restrictions on cancellation of room reservations, offering rooms that have already been booked at hotels, and refusing to give refunds.
